Upgrading Circuit Board Production with the New Reflow Oven

9/2/25

The Electronics 3K factory's long-serving reflow oven, the Soltec Quantis I 62-A, was upgraded to make room for the new reflow oven, the Soltec Centurion, which is now in operation.

The maximum width of the Soltec Centurion oven is 609.6 mm (24 inches), allowing for the handling of larger circuit boards. The closed-loop conveyor speed control system ensures a consistent and precisely managed heating process. An integrated exhaust air filtration system keeps the work environment clean and safe.

The cell heaters and cell motors come with a lifetime parts warranty, which enhances their reliability and ensures smooth operation for years ahead.
